Grief can be lonely, and it comes in waves. It’s nice to have a SPACE to join others in this SHARED experience.

 

Our mission is to come together for support and emotional release without speaking.

 

Guided breathwork is a tool to help bridge the energy between our body, mind and spirit.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Shared Spaces offers guided breathwork sessions for people dealing with a traumatic event or grief. You need no prior knowledge or experience with breathwork.


This is an opportunity to come together with other people experiencing similar emotions from the death of a loved one.
